If you are using BookAllLeads on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

BookAllLeads provides a fully managed front office team for local service businesses. Our team answers your calls, follows up with leads, manages customer conversations, books appointments, and recovers revenue that would otherwise be lost. The service includes missed call text-back, live chat handling, reputation management, and performance reporting.

We continuously improve and update our service. Features may be added, modified, or removed as we evolve to better serve our customers.

3. Pricing & Billing

BookAllLeads is available at the following pricing:

No setup fee. Overages are billed at $0.15 per minute.

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed automatically on your billing date. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

The BookAllLeads service, including its design, features, code, and content, is the intellectual property of BookAllLeads. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide through the service. By using BookAllLeads, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

BookAllLeads is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookAllLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BookAllLeads in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your BookAllLeads subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Upon cancellation:

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the service or via email. Your continued use of BookAllLeads after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website form, booking calendar, or inbound call, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from BookAllLeads (Reggawave LLC) related to your inquiry, appointment, or service. All SMS messages sent through BookAllLeads comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and require prior express written consent.

Age Requirement: By using this SMS service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not opt into or use our messaging program.

Message Types: Message frequency varies based on your activity and may include: appointment reminders, follow-up messages, review requests, payment links, and promotional offers. Messages may be sent during business hours (Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM local time).

Cost & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Your opt-out request is honored immediately and permanently. We will not contact you through alternative channels (email, phone, chat) without your explicit new consent.
